The Spanish department provides a combined Bachelor of Arts and Master of Arts program. This accelerated degree option allows high-achieving students to take graduate-level courses during their final undergraduate years, counting these credits toward both degrees simultaneously.
Departmental and College of Arts and Sciences approval is required for undergraduates to participate in graduate coursework. It's important to note that dual program acceptance doesn't guarantee admission to the master's program - students must still meet standard graduate admissions criteria and complete the standard application process for the master's degree.
