The Bachelor of Arts in Deaf Studies with a specialization in Deaf Education equips students with essential competencies for working with deaf or hard-of-hearing individuals across all age groups. This curriculum establishes a strong grounding in American Sign Language and various deaf cultural perspectives. Participants will develop specialized abilities for educational instruction or interpretation tailored to deaf communities. Note that the deaf education track does not provide teaching credentials. Those pursuing certification must finish both this concentration and the subsequent one-year Master of Arts in Teaching program focused on Special Education.

Minimum scores on one of the following approved English-proficiency tests:
