The Master of Science in Urban Analytics is a 12-month program (spanning three semesters) that equips graduates with essential computing, urban planning, and data analysis/visualization competencies to recognize, assess, and address urban challenges. Unlike single-discipline urban analytics programs, this interdisciplinary curriculum enables students to synthesize these skills while exploring the breadth of urban issues solvable through data analytics.
Applicants for Georgia Tech's graduate programs should hold a bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited institution.
GRE will not be required for Fall 2022 admissions only. However, TOEFL scores (minimum score of 100) or IELTS scores (minimum score of 7.5) will be required for international applicants.
The MS-UA program has two deadlines. To be considered for merit-based departmental aid, such as fellowships and GRAs, applications must be submitted in full by January 15th. All other applications should be submitted by March 15th.
