The MSFS program aims to prepare future leaders in international relations through comprehensive education. Students engage with a demanding curriculum covering historical, political, social, cultural, and economic disciplines, learning to bridge theoretical knowledge with practical applications for meaningful global impact. The program fosters a dedication to serving the international community while emphasizing ethical considerations in global affairs. MSFS participants select one specialized concentration area, each requiring 18 credits of focused study, including an introductory course. Opportunities exist for further specialization within each concentration through targeted coursework. The MSFS degree offers four primary concentration paths: Global Politics & Security (GPS), International Development (IDEV), Global Business, Finance & Society (GBFS), Science, Technology, and International Affairs (STIA), plus a customizable Self-Designed Concentration option.
