The Master of Public Policy (MPP) program at the Trachtenberg School equips students to thoroughly analyze data and examine the foundational theories influencing public policy that governs societies worldwide.

Beyond required courses, both MPP and MPA candidates select a specialized concentration aligned with their professional goals, choosing from established options or crafting a customized path with faculty guidance. Every graduate student at TSPPPA undertakes a culminating capstone project for their preferred client organization.
The health policy concentration addresses diverse healthcare topics, spanning health assessment, service planning, workforce development, funding models, insurance systems, elder care, women's health, and international health initiatives. This specialization is jointly administered with the Milken Institute School of Public Health's Health Policy Department. Students may, with advisor approval, incorporate additional relevant coursework from related academic disciplines.
