Overcome limitations and transform special education through interdisciplinary mastery in our EdD doctoral program. This curriculum cultivates researchers, educators, and academic leaders by deepening their understanding of cognitive psychology and developmental sciences, empowering them to apply these insights to critical challenges in contemporary special education.

As a doctoral candidate, you'll partner with faculty across multiple domains, spanning early childhood development, K-12 education, postsecondary transitions, and specialized instruction for culturally diverse exceptional learners. Our program emphasizes support for students facing diverse challenges, including emotional and behavioral disorders.

Your statement of purpose should address a problem of practice and/or research interest related to PK-12 special education and/or disability studies.
Additional requirements: A resum and interview are required.
Academic IELTS: an overall band score of 6.0 with no individual score below 5.0.
TOEFL: 550 on paper-based or 80 on Internet-based test.
PTE Academic: 53.
