Middle and high school English instruction enables students to explore literature, culture, language, and communication to better comprehend both themselves and their surrounding world.
The Adolescence Education curriculum expands upon an undergraduate English foundation while enhancing candidates' grasp of teenage learning processes, educational principles, and effective English teaching methodologies.
During initial fall and spring terms, participants dedicate three days weekly to classroom immersion: three weeks of observation followed by ten weeks of student teaching in the same setting.

In subsequent academic years, the commitment intensifies to five full classroom days weekly - two weeks of observation preceding twelve weeks of hands-on teaching practice within the same educational environment.
