Florida State University's Psychology Master's program in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) ranks among the nation's top ABA programs, offered at both the Tallahassee and Panama City campuses. Accepted students select their preferred campus location (Tallahassee or PC), with all participants and instructors collaborating through technologically connected classrooms that bridge both FSU locations. This ABA program thoroughly prepares students in three key areas: 1) the scientific foundations of Behavior Analysis/Behavioral Science, 2) implementing and assessing ABA-based clinical methods across diverse populations and environments, and 3) providing direct ABA services through supervised clinical practice at approved agencies, overseen by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).

Applied behavior analysis, a scientific discipline developing since the 1960s, concentrates on behavioral research and creating/implementing evidence-based interventions to enhance quality of life for individuals in various settings including home, workplace, or educational environments. FSU's ABA Master's program spans five semesters and holds accreditation from the Association for Behavior Analysis International. The Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) has approved both the curriculum and clinical practicum components, which certify practitioners at undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral levels.
