The NASP-accredited School Psychology MA Certification program equips students to become specialist-level school psychologists (60 credits). This program offers specialized training in key areas including child and adolescent behavioral assessment and intervention, curriculum-based measurement for evaluating school wellness and academic growth, and delivering research-backed therapeutic services to youth. Submit Graduate Record Examination (GRE) General Test scores. The testing dates schedule can be obtained from Educational Testing Service (http://www.ets.org). Please be advised that due to conditions created by COVID-19, the requirement for the Graduate Record Examination is waived for 2020-2021.
Have taken general psychology and statistics, experimental psychology, child development, abnormal psychology, or theories of personality.
Submit three letters of recommendation and a personal statement detailing their interest in the field.
Applications are carefully reviewed, and group interviews are conducted for those applicants who meet the school's criteria.
