The accounting doctoral program explores information creation and application using frameworks drawn from social sciences, particularly economics and psychology. It focuses on microeconomics, econometrics, statistical methods, and advanced accounting seminars. Students with alternative research focuses, like information processing or behavioral decision-making, can customize their curriculum. These specialized tracks often replace economics courses with extensive psychology coursework.
We require a bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college. A master's degree is not necessary.
Successful applicants tend to have overall scores in the 90th percentile or higher; the average GMAT score of recent admits has been approximately 730.
The TOEFL tests your level of English as a Foreign Language. To be accepted, applicants must have a minimum TOEFL score as listed below:
