The Dual Degree program enables Emory undergraduates to begin their studies in either a liberal arts discipline or at the Goizueta Business School, then advance to Georgia Tech to address these and other challenges. Participants can major in any field available through Emory College or Goizueta Business School while fulfilling the necessary prerequisites for a Georgia Tech program. The Dual Degree program is not a formal major at Emory but an academic pathway for undergraduates with engineering interests to earn bachelor's degrees from both Emory and Georgia Institute of Technology (Georgia Tech). Completing both degrees typically takes at least five years, though the duration may vary based on the student's academic focus and coursework. This sequential program culminates in a degree from each institution upon successful completion.
