The Master of Arts in Teaching with a focus on Secondary Biology prepares graduates for initial teaching certification in biology for grades 6-12. Designed for individuals holding a bachelor's degree in biology or a related field, this program meets Michigan's teacher certification requirements. Graduates earn the Biology (DA) endorsement, qualifying them to teach biology in middle and high schools.
