This accelerated five-year program allows outstanding students to earn both a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a Master of Public Administration. The first three years focus on undergraduate coursework, while the final two years are dedicated to graduate studies. The program requires 150 total credits, including General Education requirements, a minor, and a condensed Political Science Major at the undergraduate level. During their fourth year, students begin the 40-46 credit M.P.A. program, with some credits applying toward both degrees. The program includes two internships - one at the undergraduate level and another during the M.P.A. studies - providing significant hands-on experience in public administration upon completion of both degrees.
