The Digital Media (DIGM) program encourages students to explore beyond conventional boundaries and venture into the realm of digital media's untapped potential with cutting-edge technologies. During the two-year MS program, DIGM students merge theoretical research with practical skills tailored for modern media applications. The program blends scholarly studies with hands-on projects in advanced digital design, covering 3-D modeling, animation, interactive systems, game development, UX design, AR/VR technologies, and the historical and theoretical foundations of digital media.

As students progress, they refine these competencies while gaining critical insights into the evolution of digital media industries and emerging tech trends. This enables them to leverage their expertise, anticipate future developments, and equip themselves for professional roles or entrepreneurial ventures. The Digital Media program empowers students to broaden their horizons in gaming, animation, AR/VR, and immersive media. Beyond the MS degree, the program provides a PhD pathway for those seeking to deepen their academic expertise and apply interdisciplinary research to digital media challenges. This STEM-certified program prepares graduates for leadership in the field.
