Our combined Bachelor's and Master's degree programs enable high-achieving, driven students to obtain both qualifications faster by applying a set number of shared credits toward both programs.
The 3+2 accelerated program preserves the academic rigor and quality of both the Health Sciences undergraduate degree from the College of Science and Health and the Master of Public Health from the College of Liberal Arts and Social Sciences, providing outstanding undergraduate and graduate education. This program's key benefit allows students to complete their BS in Health Sciences and MPH in just five years. For those not qualifying for the 3+2 program, we offer a Universal Pathway to the MPH as an alternative.
Health Sciences majors in the Public Health concentration with at least a 3.5 GPA may apply to this BS+MPH 3+2 program during their junior year at DePaul. Admission to the MPH program is selective, requiring personal essays and a current resume. Note that GRE scores aren't needed for this application. Students must carefully plan their remaining coursework to fulfill all degree requirements.
