This program equips you with valuable skills and deepens your expertise to help create a secure, nutritious, cost-effective, and eco-friendly food system for everyone. The Food Science program readies students for diverse career paths in the food sector, academic institutions, and public service. Participants can customize their learning journey by selecting specialized courses, pursuing internships, engaging in research projects, joining product innovation teams, participating in community initiatives, or exploring international study options. Our research initiatives aim to broaden knowledge about food and water systems, examining biological/microbiological aspects, physiochemical characteristics, physical properties, sensory attributes, nutritional value, engineering factors, and environmental sustainability.
