The Graduate School of Architecture, Planning, and Preservation collaborates with the School of Law to provide a combined program awarding both a Juris Doctor and a Master of Science in Urban Planning. Participants must complete 109 credit hours, typically achieved over eight semesters - two dedicated to full-time study in architecture and planning, followed by six focused on legal education. Regular consultations with both program advisors are required to maintain compliance with academic, credit, and residency obligations.
In order to be eligible for admission, international applicants must hold, or be in the process of obtaining, the equivalent of a U.S. baccalaureate degree.
