The Diesel/Heavy Equipment program trains students to become skilled technicians capable of maintaining, troubleshooting, and fixing heavy machinery. The curriculum covers both highway trucks and construction-grade diesel equipment. Coursework includes diesel engines, propulsion systems, fuel systems, hydraulic components, and climate control systems. Graduates will be ready to complete ASE certification tests after finishing relevant courses.

Program Outcomes
Qualify for diesel technician roles with industry certification.
Eligible to take these ASE/NATEF tests: T2, T3, T4, T5, T6, and T7.
Qualify for IMACA refrigerant handling certification.
Successfully complete SP2 safety and environmental protection certification.
