The Cardiorespiratory Sciences (CRS) program is an interdisciplinary, multi-certification curriculum that trains students in treating, managing, and providing life support for patients with cardiopulmonary system disorders. Graduates earn certifications from leading national organizations including the American Heart Association, Cardiovascular Credentialing International, and the National Board for Respiratory Care. This program delivers exceptional academic training for aspiring Respiratory Care Practitioners and Cardiac Technicians, equipping graduates with the critical thinking abilities, communication skills, and self-direction needed for patient care.

Focusing on competency development, the program teaches students to incorporate protocols, Clinical Practice Guidelines, and critical pathways into effective treatment plans. As a selective admission program, prospective students must attend a health programs orientation and consult with an advisor before being accepted into the curriculum.
