Be sure that your official test scores are sent directly from Educational Testing Services to Clemson. Clemson University's school code is 5111. The School of Mathematical and Statistical Sciences requires

For international students, TOEFL scores are also required.
Three letters of recommendation are required. You will be asked to submit the names and email addresses of your recommenders on the online application. Your recommenders will receive instructions on submitting their recommendations from the application system.
A one page statement of your academic interests can improve your chances for admission. This statement should include your area of interest, career plans, and an indication of why you selected Clemson University.
