Students can specialize in one of three study areas: agricultural biotechnology, agronomy, or soil and water science. Our challenging program provides training in the holistic management of biological systems for crop production, standing out as one of the few nationwide that captures the scientific depth of contemporary agronomic methods. Learners gain thorough knowledge in plant biology, soil science, ecology, genetic applications, and biotechnological advancements.
Alumni make important contributions by implementing sustainable methods and cutting-edge technologies in agriculture and environmental management.
Qualified undergraduates may start pursuing either a Master of Science in plant and environmental sciences or a Master's in entomology while finishing their bachelor's degree.
Soil and Water Science Specialization: This track teaches strategies for handling agricultural and industrial waste, preventing water pollution, and optimizing soil and water resources for food and textile crop cultivation.
