This program educates students in developing concepts and gathering, then sharing information through text, visuals, video, and audio across multiple media platforms for diverse audiences. Participants will acquire skills in investigation, reporting, and audience interaction through impactful news and factual narratives. By combining academic study with hands-on experience in student-run media organizations (The Observer, PULSE magazine, CentralNewsWatch), Media and Journalism students master content creation for digital, broadcast, and print formats. The curriculum also explores journalism's ethical, legal, historical, and social context, emphasizing media's crucial function in shaping our political, economic, and societal structures.
