Your original works may be featured in campus-hosted concerts as well as regional and statewide conferences.

Housed in a cutting-edge 119,000-square-foot building, you'll access top-tier facilities, including a 500-seat concert hall featuring a 61-rank Casavant organ, a 100-seat recital hall, digital audio labs, recording studios, and a comprehensive music resource center.

A select number of graduate assistantships are available, providing tuition waivers for up to 20 credit hours and a $10,300 stipend. Recipients may teach introductory courses or support directors of major ensembles—an excellent opportunity for those pursuing collegiate teaching careers.

This program equips you for diverse roles in composition, performance, and music education. Graduates have secured positions with publishers such as Montoya Music and ADJ Publishers, pursued doctoral studies, and obtained tenure-track appointments at institutions like Texas Christian University and the University of North Texas.
