Our distinguished MSW curriculum focuses on developing professional social work leaders, equipping graduates to drive societal transformation across all levels. At the Jack, Joseph and Morton Mandel School of Applied Social Sciences, we prioritize equity, innovation, and impactful change in everything we undertake. This commitment contributes to our recognition as one of the nation's top 10 social work schools and Ohio's top-ranked program by U.S. News & World Report. Our on-campus MSW integrates academic research, theoretical frameworks, and practical experience to address contemporary social issues and cultivate field leadership. Beyond classroom learning, students gain real-world experience through our network of over 1,000 partner organizations throughout Greater Cleveland and other regions. Advanced standing students complete 500 field hours, while traditional program participants fulfill 900 hours of field education.
