The Department of Nutrition specializes in studying human nutrition and applying nutritional science to enhance and preserve health. As a fundamental science department within Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine, we aim to advance public health by combining medical knowledge with public health initiatives through education and research. Our department boasts exceptional research resources and, more crucially, dedicated faculty who ensure students gain comprehensive experience in research, learning, and cultivating analytical abilities. Enrollment in the Integrated BS/MS in Nutrition program follows identical procedures and criteria as the Integrated Graduate Studies Program outlined earlier. Graduates of this program receive both a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Nutrition.
