The Doctorate of Education (Ed.D.) in Educational Leadership focuses on equity, ethics, and social justice issues to address real-world educational challenges. This program equips future leaders with the expertise to drive meaningful reforms that enhance student success and transform education, especially within the Inland Empire area.
Designed for working professionals in PreK-12 or higher education, this 3-year cohort program features weekend classes - Fridays from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. and Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Classes meet biweekly during Fall and Spring terms, with weekly sessions in Summer.
Participants typically join Friday sessions virtually via Zoom while attending Saturday classes in person at CSUSB's San Bernardino campus. The program encourages students to select dissertation topics that address pressing issues within their own educational institutions or local communities.
