Bachelor's Degree
The Bachelor of Arts in Career and Technical Studies (BCTS) enables professionals with substantial work and teaching backgrounds to convert their experience into academic credits toward a bachelor's degree. To be eligible, candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent plus five years of relevant work experience and/or education in their teaching field.
For the Career and Technical Evaluation of Competency (CTEC), applicants must demonstrate a minimum of three years of full-time professional experience and at least 1500 hours of instructional practice.
Prospective students must complete university admission requirements and enroll in ECTS 3350, Introduction to Career and Technical Studies, during their initial year of study.
