The CSULB Anthropology Department features two Master of Arts programs: General Anthropology and Applied Anthropology. These degree paths equip students for professional roles or advanced academic pursuits in anthropology and related disciplines.
Please note: The graduate program is currently closed to applications in archaeology and biological/physical anthropology. Prospective students aiming for MA degrees in these specialties will not be admitted.
