Physics serves as the cornerstone of scientific disciplines, influencing fields like chemistry, engineering, and medicine. What exactly do physicists explore? They investigate fundamental questions like the composition of matter. Through theoretical frameworks and experimental research, their findings help examine both atomic and cosmic-scale properties, advance medical diagnostics and treatments, and unravel the mysteries of the universe's beginnings and development.
This program equips students for careers in government and industry, spanning roles from laboratory research to technical sales. It also lays the groundwork for advanced studies in physics and various related disciplines. By selecting suitable electives, students can build an excellent foundation for premedical, predental, or pre-optometry tracks.
Apart from career aspirations, studying physics cultivates a profound grasp of nature's fundamental principles and hones analytical thinking skills for insightful problem-solving.
