The Bachelor of Arts in Natural Sciences with an Earth Science concentration helps students achieve subject matter proficiency through CTC-approved courses, eliminating the need to take the CSET exam. This pathway simplifies entry into the Single Subject Teaching Credential program for Science. While tailored for aspiring middle and high school science educators, the program also accommodates students pursuing various science-related careers.
Have graduated from high school (earning a high school diploma), have earned a Certificate of General Education Development (GED) or have passed the California High School Proficiency Examination (CHSPE)
English language Score: TOEFL – 61 iBT, or IELTS – 6.0 or with 5.5 Band score in each section, or ELS Language Centers - Level 112, or Pearson's Test of English – 45. Application Deadlines: Fall - July 1 and Spring - November 1.
