The Applied and Computational Mathematics (ACM) undergraduate program in the Computing & Mathematical Sciences department caters to students aiming to blend core mathematical studies with practical applications. This curriculum provides comprehensive instruction in essential computational and applied mathematics while fostering research skills in specialized application areas. Application domains span diverse fields including fluid dynamics, materials science, mathematical biology, engineering solutions, image analysis, and financial mathematics.
International citizens must have completed Caltech's required academic preparation during their secondary school career.
