Our online Master of Public Health program equips you to analyze health challenges using case-based education. You'll employ data-driven approaches like biostatistics, survey techniques, and qualitative analysis to evaluate community health needs and create practical solutions that enhance wellbeing while preventing illnesses and impairments. The curriculum includes leadership development to help you inspire teams and drive meaningful contributions within organizations and neighborhoods. This flexible program spans two years with an accelerated 16-month option, blending academic instruction with hands-on fieldwork for comprehensive professional preparation.
Entering students will be required to have an undergraduate degree and having at least 2 years work experience is highly desired. he generalist concentration with the online modality is designed for domestic students who cannot leave their families, jobs, or communities to relocate to Providence, and also international students who similarly do not have the ability to come to Brown.
