Neuroscience explores the growth, organization, and operations of the central nervous system and how it shapes behavior. This scientific discipline investigates various aspects including brain structure, nervous system functions, biochemical processes, genetic influences, drug interactions, brain imaging techniques, behavioral patterns, developmental changes, social interactions, cognitive processes, bioengineering applications, computational modeling, and neurological disorders.
