The Department of Exercise Sciences honors the human body as divine and aims to enhance physical and spiritual well-being through acquiring, developing, and sharing expertise in human movement, injury recovery, and health optimization, while seeking heavenly guidance in our pursuits.
Our graduate programs cultivate an environment where expanded learning and hands-on training equip students to emerge as influential figures in their careers, households, local areas, and globally. Educational approaches include classroom teaching, lab sessions, discussion groups, assessments, self-directed projects, investigative work, and instructional opportunities. Beyond collaborating with departmental professors, graduate scholars may engage in interdisciplinary studies with nutrition science experts on subjects relevant to exercise physiology.
