If you're passionate about a specific subject and want to explore it further, boost your professional qualifications, or develop essential skills for doctoral studies, pursuing a Master of Arts (MA) in Near Eastern and Judaic Studies (NEJS) could be an excellent choice.
As an NEJS master's student, you'll have the opportunity to collaborate with faculty to design a customized study plan or choose from three specialized tracks:
Bible and Ancient Near East: Explore the Hebrew Bible in its original language through the diverse lenses of Near Eastern texts, languages, histories, and religions.
Jewish Studies: Examine the rich heritage of Jewish people, including their history, religion, literature, and philosophy across different eras and global locations.
Arabic and Islamic Civilizations: Study the religions, literary works, and intellectual heritage of the Islamic world with emphasis on Arabic-speaking areas.
