The criminology program immerses you in the intricate workings of the justice system, covering policing, judicial processes, corrections, and reintegration programs.
You'll study both conceptual frameworks and real-world applications related to crime and justice. The curriculum investigates underlying factors of criminal behavior and optimal societal responses. This interdisciplinary major incorporates perspectives from history, sociology, political science and more as you analyze subjects like legal statutes, cultural diversity, moral philosophy, human behavior, and aggression.
