The Cyber Criminology program takes a different approach, offering rigorous academic content that prepares students to combat digital crime effectively. Whatever your career aspirations may be, the College of Criminology and Criminal Justice serves as an excellent foundation.
The College provides both undergraduate and graduate studies, awarding Bachelor of Science (BS), Bachelor of Arts (BA), Master of Science (MS), Master of Arts (MA), and Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degrees. Undergraduate options feature criminology and computer criminology, a collaborative initiative with the Computer Science Department. Qualified students can enroll in an accelerated combined bachelor's and master's program in criminology and criminal justice. The college offers online certification in criminology, along with a web-based Master of Science (MS) in criminal justice studies. Additionally, students can pursue a joint master's degree with the School of Public Administration and the College of Social Work. Evening classes are available for both undergraduate and graduate learners, and an online Bachelor of Science in criminology is also offered. Completing the cyber criminology major requires students to fulfill 52 credit hours of specified curriculum.

Rather, we consider all the documentation you submit, and we carefully review your academic record and test scores to ensure that you are prepared for the rigorous curriculum you will encounter at Florida State University.

The courses listed below represent the minimum required for admission consideration:

4 English courses, at least three with substantial writing requirements

4 mathematics courses at the Algebra I level and higher

3 natural science courses, at least two with laboratory experience

3 social science courses

2 sequential courses of a world language or American Sign Language

2 elective courses, preferably in the above subject areas
