Our ACEND-accredited nutrition curriculum deepens your knowledge of health sciences, medical nutrition therapy, and preventive health. Beyond traditional coursework, you'll engage in hands-on learning through research initiatives, community outreach programs, and active participation in student-led nutrition organizations.
Our nutrition graduates consistently demonstrate strong qualifications for dietetic internship placements, with successful matches occurring at programs nationwide.
Upon completing your degree, you'll have gained valuable experience through:
Practical rotations in clinical settings, community programs, or food service operations including medical facilities, athletic nutrition initiatives, and specialized health camps
Collaborative projects partnering with educational institutions, youth programs, and nonprofit organizations
Clinical practice opportunities at NutritionWorks, Bradley University's on-campus nutrition clinic
