The MSW requires 65 credits, featuring 14 credits of fieldwork and up to 16 credits of core MPH coursework. Dual degree candidates also complete 40 credits at the School of Public Health. Typically spanning six full-time semesters (fall/spring), some students opt for summer classes. Degrees may be awarded separately once all academic and residency requirements are fulfilled.
