Baylor University's George W. Truett Theological Seminary and Diana R. Garland School of Social Work jointly provide a dual degree program combining Master of Theological Studies and Master of Social Work (MTS-MSW). This interdisciplinary pathway enables students to gain expertise in biblical studies, Christian theology, global missions, Baptist heritage, along with specialized social work skills for faith-based settings. Through this combined program, participants can equip themselves for ministry leadership by integrating professional social work training with deep theological understanding rooted in Christian scriptures, traditions, missionary work, and Baptist principles.
