Baylor's Interior Design program equips students for successful careers in architecture and design fields. For over four decades, the program has cultivated analytical thinkers who develop innovative solutions to meet the needs of people and communities. This CIDA-accredited curriculum teaches students to tackle design challenges through creative problem-solving and technical expertise, with a focus on hands-on studio work.

As part of their studies, Interior Design majors complete internships with professional designers or architects. Our students have gained experience worldwide across diverse specialties including residential, corporate, and historic preservation design. The program additionally features a summer study abroad option focusing on architectural history and decorative arts. Previous program locations have included England, France, Italy, and the Netherlands, offering students immersive exposure to Western architecture, design, and cultural landmarks.
