Human Sciences students in Global Studies find their classroom spans the globe. This program explores critical areas including food scarcity, local economic growth, ecological balance, healthcare for mothers and children, learning systems, international commerce, crisis relief, societal frameworks, and beyond. To truly grasp these complex subjects and appreciate cultural diversity, each participant must complete at least one international study opportunity and a full-term professional placement. Alongside these immersive experiences, the Global Studies program trains learners in design-thinking approaches to tackle worldwide challenges. Students gain insights into globalization's true nature, discovering how regional and international concerns intertwine, while building specialized competencies for partnering with groups worldwide to enhance living standards. The curriculum also helps students craft professional profiles, clarify their vocational aspirations, hone analytical skills, and master cross-cultural teamwork. These transformative experiences prepare graduates for immediate employment or advanced studies in fields from legal practice and emergency response to innovative social ventures and environmental design.
