Through hands-on training, students sharpen their coaching techniques and develop strategies to inspire clients to embrace the rigorous training required for performance gains.
Graduates are qualified to pursue professional certifications from the National Strength and Conditioning Association, including credentials as Strength and Conditioning Specialists, Tactical Strength and Conditioning Facilitators, or Certified Performance and Sport Scientists.
