Athletic trainers are skilled healthcare experts with diverse qualifications who offer services and treatments under physician supervision or in partnership, following state laws and regulations. As vital members of healthcare teams, they deliver patient care across five key areas: injury prevention, clinical assessment and diagnosis, emergency care, therapeutic rehabilitation, and professional health management. The Master of Athletic Training program caters to those without an undergraduate degree in the field or who didn't obtain athletic trainer certification during their bachelor's studies.
