The English MA program offers five specialized tracks for interdisciplinary exploration:
Comparative literature --- Participants analyze cultural works in English and additional languages, employing diverse methodologies including textual analysis, critical theory, translation studies, and social science approaches.
Creative writing -- The accelerated BA/MA creative writing path enhances artistic development through intensive fiction or poetry workshops, complemented by contemporary literature studies and innovative creative methods.
English studies --- This concentration teaches students to transform complex cultural, historical, literary, and linguistic concepts into engaging content for broad audiences through cross-disciplinary coursework.
Literature --- Participants refine their abilities in public speaking, analytical writing, and critical analysis while investigating social, historical, and cultural frameworks.
Writing, rhetorics and literacies --- This track provides comprehensive studies in rhetorical history, theoretical foundations, and practical applications of writing instruction.
