The curriculum combines university-based instruction with extensive practical experience, requiring at least 120 days across various school placements throughout the three-year duration. The teaching methods employ diverse approaches to prepare future educators, incorporating instructor-led discussions, student-driven inquiry, collaborative learning, and personalized goal-setting.
