In our BASc Theatre and Performance Studies and Global Sustainable Development (GSD) program, you'll channel your enthusiasm for Theatre into addressing urgent contemporary issues by combining it with GSD studies.
Theatre possesses a unique ability to interrogate and contest perspectives. It encourages individuals to reflect on their lifestyles and the consequences of their choices on others. It vividly highlights our global influence and potential pathways toward positive transformation. Throughout this course, you'll investigate theatre's transformative artistic potential and its connection to modern worldwide concerns.
Warwick's dynamic student theater community offers numerous chances to participate in various productions through student organizations, including collaborations with Warwick Arts Centre (a key partner of our Theatre Department), the National Student Drama Festival, and the Edinburgh Festival.
Through GSD studies, you'll adopt an interdisciplinary approach, examining problems through multiple lenses. You'll need to think innovatively and welcome diverse viewpoints from international classmates. We'll push you to take charge of your educational journey.
Optional opportunities like work placements, international study, and certification programs can further enrich your learning experience.
