Collaborate with healthcare providers, governments, and businesses to tackle global health challenges and build evidence supporting efficient, empathetic, and coordinated care. Join our experienced research team with three decades of health-related studies. Adopt a patient-centered approach, enhancing healthcare delivery both locally and globally. Partner with faculty members pioneering healthcare research that shapes clinical advancements. You'll dedicate four years (full-time) or eight years (part-time) to investigating your chosen research focus.
Your initial year will establish the groundwork for your project. With supervisor guidance, you'll review existing literature and refine your research plan. This phase may involve securing access to study locations or seeking ethical clearance from our institution and the NHS.
In years two and three, you'll carry out fieldwork, gather data, and initiate analysis. Your final year will focus on completing data interpretation and drafting your thesis. Throughout your doctoral journey, you'll acquire specialized knowledge, master research methodologies, and hone transferable skills including public presentations, proposal development, and academic writing.
