During your MPhil or PhD program, you'll participate in the Postgraduate Certificate in Researcher Professional Development (PgCert RDP), requiring completion of diverse developmental activities. These exercises are designed to enhance transferable skills applicable throughout your professional journey, aligned with a specific researcher development framework.

You require to have a first-class or upper second-class UK Honours degree, or overseas equivalent, in Psychology or a similar discipline.
Normally, the majority of our MPhil and PhD students have completed a Masters degree in Psychology after their Honours degree.
If English isn't your first language, you'll also need to have a recent UKVI recognised Secure English Language Test (SELT) qualification. English language requirements:
For students whose first language is not English, you must have a minimum of 6.5 IELTS score with no individual score lower than 5.5. TOEFL (ibt): 80 overall, with the following minimum scores in each component: Listening: 17 Reading: 18 Speaking: 20 Writing: 18
