This program integrates Japanese language learning with essential business management topics such as marketing, organizational behavior, and strategic planning. You'll have the opportunity to spend a portion of your studies in Japan, fully engaging with Japanese culture.
Over four years, this dual degree program offers intensive training in Japanese language and cultural studies alongside comprehensive business management education, preparing graduates for diverse career paths throughout East Asia.

From the very beginning, you'll work with both written and spoken Japanese while examining all material through a business management lens, gaining deep cultural and political insights about Japan.

Your studies will be equally divided between the Management School and the School of East Asian Studies - combining perspectives from both disciplines with your personal interests to develop a distinctive understanding of Japanese business practices.

The program starts with fundamental language instruction and core business management principles, including marketing, organizational behavior, and strategic planning.
Your third year will be dedicated to intensive language study at a Japanese university, where you'll establish valuable personal and professional connections.
Throughout the program, our experienced faculty will guide you in developing theoretical expertise, practical experience, and specialized skills to succeed in the East Asian business environment.
